Wilderness Horse Camp is proud to offer Horse Camps for youth ages 10-17 years. Whether you are an experienced rider or just learning, they have the perfect camp for you. Wilderness Horse Camps include fun-filled days of western trail riding, knowledgeable instruction, and rides through the Wallowa Mountains. Ride along rushing mountain streams, up to high mountain lakes, and over beautiful mountain passes. Daily instruction will prepare you for the next day’s ride and instill confidence in your ability to navigate all types of terrain.

Wilderness Horse Camp offers four different camps: Ultimate Western Wilderness Three-Week Adventure, Ultimate Western Wilderness Two-Week Adventure, Wilderness Horse Camp, and Novice Base Camp. These camps are offered during the summer months. Each camp has multiple dates that you may choose from to fit your schedule.

Wilderness Horse Camp also offers Mother/Daughter weekends: The Wilderness Ride and The Cornucopia Lodge Ride. This offers mothers and daughters that would like to spend a three-day adventurous weekend with each other, a great time to make some lifetime memories. Parents and children will be camping and western trail riding in the beautiful Eagle Cap Wilderness area.
